Simple Shapes for Simple Characters

If you are teaching your child how to draw and they are struggling… start with simple shapes. Practice with circles, triangles and squares. Then color those shapes in. Over time add in add silly things like eyes and mouths and legs. Focus on simple drawings, this helps build confidence. Shapes are the building blocks of art. Starting your child at an early age to see these shapes can help them hone their skills in art. #shapes #characterdesign #art #kids
