I’ve wanted to recreate this character for some time now. I finally got around to it. What I like most about the movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit is the lighting. I wonder if there was a filter too, that soft glow filter seen in many of these type of cartoon/real-life films. It’s one of my favorites.

My Jessica Rabbit recreation has larger hair and bright sparkles on the dress. Also the face reconstruction was based on another persons face so its a little more square than the original.

I enjoyed this attempt.
