The summer I imagined myself as a musician I created this avatar. I was young and trying out every thing I could from singing to dancing to writing lyrics. Hahaha It’s funny because this was the same summer that I realized how much music influenced my visual art.

Just a couple of years after this I made the decision to focus my career on visual art. The whole idea of becoming a musician was fun for me, not business.

Afro Singer is the musician inside of me. She comes out every now and then to have some fun.
