Thanks for your patience! I’ve created a video for how to complete the leaf stitch. Hopefully it helps, it’s a really easy stitch to create. I’m a beginner to cross stitch and embroidery and I found that the leaf stitch got easier each time I practiced it. So good luck to you and don’t give up.

Btw I used The Who Care’s cross stitch kit from Amazon. I’m still working on mine, it’s takes some patience and but I’m enjoying every moment because each time I pull out my loop everyone gets quiet and calm. Or maybe it’s just me. Idk either way I love my cross stitch.
